Préparation : 20 minutes - Pour 8 personnes
Ingrédients : 200g de champignons ;1 citron ;5 tomates ; 2 avocats ; 1 boîte de cœur de palmiers, 1 pamplemousse rose; 1 boite de maïs bien tendre. En option : 3 grosses crevettes cuites
Sauce : 6 cuillerées à soupe d’huile d’olive ; 2 cuil à soupe de vinaigre ; piment (facultatif) ; sel
1. Commencer par nettoyer les champignons. Lavez les ensuite rapidement ; les couper en lamelles et les arroser du jus d’un demi-citron.
Eplucher le pamplemousse et couper le en petits quartiers. Couper les tomates également en quartiers et les cœurs de palmiers en grosses rondelles.
Egoutter le contenu de la boîte de maïs.
Enfin, éplucher et couper les avocats en tranches, les arroser de jus de citron pour qu’ils ne noircissent pas.
2. Faire une sauce assez relevée avec huile, vinaigre, sel et un soupçon de piment (selon vos goûts)
3. Mélanger tous les ingrédients de la salade dans un grand saladier et arroser avec la sauce vinaigrette.
